We went back to the campsite...
and Larry fixed breakfast while I took a load of clothes over to the laundromat.
Jumbo in ourcampsite among the trees...
After the clothes were all dried and folded, we decided to drive up the road a few miles to the Samuel H. Boardman State Park, which consists of a number of turnouts along an eleven mile stretch of highway.
Duchess was ready to explore another beach!
Such a perfect day for wandering about and doing a bit of beach-combing.
Arch Rock...
Beach grass on sand dunes..
We were getting pretty tired, so headed back to camp. I drove into Brookings and used the free wi-fi at Fred Meyers to update my blog, got some ingredients for a stir fry, and got back to the campground in time for us to drive down to the beach to catch the sunset...
A perfect ending to a perfect day. We will hate to leave this little piece of paradise, but today we'll be going about a hundred miles up the coast to Bullard State Park, just north of Bandon, Oregon. I'm sure it will prove to be another bit of paradise!

Beautiful!
